Blend: 100% Chardonnay sourced from three zones; 47% Margaret River, 37.5% Greater Perth Zone, 15.5% Geographe.
Fermentation: Each parcel was kept separate throughout the winemaking process to assess the different attributes of each region. The parcels were cold settled, transferred to 20 new (18 French, 2 American) and 10 one year old French oak barriques and individually inoculated with a specifically selected yeast strain (ICV-D47) + (QA-23). One-third of the barrels underwent full malolactic fermentation and all the barrels were bâtonnaged (lees stirred) for three months post fermentation for complexity, followed by a further five months of barrel maturation before bottling.

Quantity: 668 cases, sealed under screw cap to retain freshness.
Colour: Pristine pale gold.
Bouquet: Displays primary fruit purity; white fleshed peach/ nectarine, with integrated charry oak and a hint of flint.
Palate: Evident lees work adds mouthfeel matched with fragrant honeydew melon.
Cellaring: Cellar well for 5 years plus.
