Blend: 44.5% Shiraz (Swan Valley), 40.5% Cabernet Sauvignon (25.5% Swan Valley, 15% Margaret River), 10.5% Malbec (Donnybrook), 4.5% Merlot (Swan Valley).
Fermentation: All components are fermented seperately in 4.5 tonne open fermenters and barrel matured in a combination of new and one-year old French and American barriques.
Bottling Date: 9th August 2007.

Colour: Vibrant, black-red.
Bouquet: Displays dark forest fruit characters coupled with nutty oak derived spices.
Palate: Silky tannins and intense black fruits offer depth and elegance.
Cellaring: Careful cellaring to 2025.
