2008 MOUNT BARKER RIESLING

Harvest Dates: Landsdale Vineyard, Mount Barker. March 2009.

Blend: 100% Riesling.

Fermentation: The premium free-run fraction was cold settled and the clearest juice racked and inoculated with QA23 yeast, with fermentation maintained below 14C to retain the fresh, crisp, delicate fruit esters.

Bottling Date:June 2009.

Quantity: 237 cases.

Colour:  Vibrant, bright straw.
Bouquet:  Lifted attractive lemon zest notes.
Palate:  Fresh, mineral and lime juice with a linear, crisp acid backbone.

Cellaring: This wine will continue to evolve for many years with careful cellaring.
