Harvest Dates: McCusker’s Vineyard (Chittering) 23rd Jan 2008,
Archibald Vineyard (Millendon) 24th Jan 2008,
Lamont’s Vineyard (Millendon) 25th Jan 2008.

Blend: 100% Verdelho.

Fermentation: Hand picked Swan Valley Verdelho and machine harvested Chittering Verdelho were seperately cool fermented in stainless steel to retain the lifted fruit character before careful assessment and blending.

Bottling Date: 28th May 2008.

Quantity: 500 cases.

Colour:  Vibrant, pale straw.
Bouquet:  Lifted citrus aromas, intense tropical fruits.
Palate:  Generous fruit salad balanced with crisp acid. A traditionally dry style.

Cellaring: Enjoy fresh and young but will improve with short term cellaring.
