Description:	2007 Black Monster Harvest Dates 10th of March 2007 Sweetwater Vineyard, Donnybrook Blend 96% Donnybrook Malbec & 4% Margaret River Cabernet Bottling Date November 2008 Quantity 200 cases Winemaking Small batch open fermenters for ten days utilizing both pump-over’s & drain and return practices for cap management. 4% whole bunch Margaret River Cabernet adds carbonic maceration complexity typified by lifted black cherry aromas. The wine was pressed to 50% new French oak & 50% second use French oak for a total of 15-18 months. Colour Black, deep burgundy/blood red Bouquet Inky extract, enhanced by plum, leather and Christmas pudding. Palate Ripe, brooding briary black fruit, Turkish delight, generous glycerol warmth with oak derived tannins. Cellaring Will outlive most of us!!!!.
